About

A Taichung practice built for finance close work

CloudScalr started when controllers kept asking the same question after vendor bills arrived: which lines actually belong on this period’s books?

Why we exist

Cloud spend sits awkwardly between IT operations and the ledger. Finance owns the accrual; operations owns the usage; procurement owns the commitment. Without a structured review, exceptions pile up in shared inboxes until quarter-end becomes a scramble.

We give finance teams an independent pass over invoices, usage extracts, and allocation keys—with working papers they can show an external auditor if needed.

How we work

Engagements begin with a scoped period and a document list. We design samples against your materiality, re-perform reconciliations, and write findings in plain language. We do not take production credentials or change infrastructure. Our job ends when your controller can decide what to post, dispute, or accept.

Most work is remote from our Taichung base at KuangChenRd.,Ta-LiCity,..TaichungTaiwan(China), with optional on-site briefings when stakeholders prefer a shared table.

Values that show up in the working papers

  • Materiality first — we do not flood you with rounding noise.
  • Evidence over opinion — every exception points to a document or extract.
  • Respect for the close — we schedule around your calendar, not ours alone.
  • Bilingual clarity — EN working papers by default; ZH summaries when requested.
