Audit process

From document request to findings memorandum

A clear sequence so your controller, AP, and budget owners know when they are needed—and when they are not.

  1. Scope confirmation — We lock vendors, months, materiality, and delivery language. You receive a one-page engagement letter before any fieldwork.
  2. Document intake — Invoices, usage extracts, allocation keys, and prior journals land in a shared folder. We confirm completeness within two business days.
  3. Sample design — Families of charges are selected against your materiality. You approve the design before we expand into deep testing.
  4. Fieldwork — Reconciliation and allocation re-performance. Questions go to a single finance contact to avoid inbox scatter.
  5. Draft findings — Exception register and draft memorandum circulate for factual check. Mild disagreements are recorded, not buried.
  6. Close-out — Final memorandum, walkthrough, and optional on-site briefing in Taichung. Open vendor disputes remain yours to pursue.

What we need from your side

A named finance owner, read-only document access, and a target close date. We never ask for production console passwords. If extracts are incomplete, we pause the clock until the gap is filled—better a delayed start than a thin sample.

Typical flagship timelines run three to five weeks. Quarterly reviews fit into a seven-to-ten-day window before your close.
